

Private lessons are suitable for everyone and particularly if:
Since every person is unique, private yoga lessons allow us to focus on your particular physical, intellectual and spiritual needs and requirements.
We will draw on a wide range of physical and breathing exercises, awareness training, meditation practices and my own experience in craniosacral therapy. The lesson is always tailored to your individual needs on the day.
The advantage of a private lesson is that you are “treated” according to your state in a given moment. This might be one of exhaustion or stress, after an injury or an emotional strain or in a place of well being. Or you might also simply be looking to get back in touch with your body, revitalise and get into shape.
At least five private lessons (1 hour each) are recommended to begin with at an interval of 1-3 weeks between each lesson.
