Yoga is something that happens when we arrive at the Here and Now through awareness and concentration.

Moving and breathing do not demand great physical exertion. To the contrary: movement and life´s breath can simply emerge from a state of calm and relaxation with no force needed.
We must therefore take the time to encourage our bodymind to relax; to start “doing” less and “listening” more.
Only if we stop judging, comparing and chasing goals, and instead begin to listen to the unique rhythm of our body, to feel the earth beneath our feet and to acknowledge the infinite space that surrounds us, then the energy of life can flow freely and transformations can be set in motion…
