Welcome

The practice of yoga demands our undivided attention; in two directions we look to our inner world and the world around us - of which we are also a part. By integrating both we get to experience the absolute harmony of the moment.
The path of yoga that has chosen me and the practice i teach focuses on breathing, gravity and the spine. Postures arise from their union together with a quiet state of mind. I study alongside Diane Long and Sandra Sabatini.
The learning and practice of yoga is not simply isolated to those moments we spend with it. It influences our whole lives as it permeates our being and continually reminds us to engage with what is, and to become one.
